A Signature Afternoon Tea Ritual
A revered ritual of the St. Regis heritage introduced by Mrs. Caroline Astor, matriarch of St. Regis, The St. Regis Singapore presents an exquisite Afternoon Tea in the grandeur of a luxurious setting. The legacy continues till today with every St. Regis offering their own interpretation of this enchanting tradition, allowing guests to socialise and gather.
In the Easter edition of the revered tradition, the menu spotlights Tea Egg with Soba Noddles and Chives, as well as King Crab Salad and Avocado Mousse Tartlet while the 3-tier sweet collection shines a light on an interpretation of Carrot Cake, layered with cheese mousse and sweet apricot encased in a caramelised walnut crust.
Easter Afternoon Tea menu is available from 26 February to 5 April 2024.

Chef Angelo's Featured Artisanal Cut
Featuring Chef de Cuisine Angelo Sergio's recommended pick of the month, The Astor Grill presents exclusive premium cuts monthly, prepared over a custom-built parrilla oven of
charcoal and Vulcan stones introducing new flavour compounds. The cut is complemented with a handpicked wine recommendation bringing about distinctive nuances to the palate.
February's off-the-menu cut spotlights on 220g Westholme Wagyu Beef D Rump MBS 6-7, served with Grilled Mushrooms, Chef's Signature Sauce and Choice of One Sauce: Bearnaise, Bordelaise or Chimichurri.
