    A revered ritual of the St. Regis heritage introduced by Mrs. Caroline Astor, matriarch of St. Regis, The St. Regis Singapore presents an exquisite Afternoon Tea in the grandeur of a luxurious setting. The legacy continues till today with every St. Regis offering their own interpretation of this enchanting tradition, allowing guests to socialise and gather.

    In the Spring edition of the revered tradition, it pays ode to the beauty of nature with Sakura at forefront. The menu spotlights Grilled Portobello Mushroom & Crispy Kale on Baguette as well as Reuben Sandwich with Mixed Mesclun Salad while the 3-tier sweet collection shines a light on Pistachio & Sakura Cake; a blend of Pistachio and Sakura mousse atop a light layer of Sakura Sponge. 

    Sakura Afternoon Tea menu is available from till 4 June 2024.

    Relish in a journey to the vineyards of Australia with exceptional McLaren Vale wines produced by Ministry of Clouds. The Astor Grill presents a one-night only Wine Dinner Pairing with key speakers Julian and Bernice.

    From amuse bouche of an assortment of curated canapes from The Astor Grill, amuse bouche Wagyu Croquette, to main course Charcoal Grilled Galician Beef Striploin with Carrot Mash and Chimichurri, paired with Ministry of Clouds McLaren Vale Tempranillo Grenache 2022 (RW).

This month shines a spotlight on 200g Grilled Veal Cutlet; milk-fed veal loin hailing from Holland by the VanDrie Group, a Dutch family business dedicated to quality veal cuts, renowned for their exceptional tenderness and mild flavour.

    Exclusive cut is served with Grilled Mushrooms, French Butter Garlic Sauce and one of three classic sauces.
