A cherished tradition by matriarch, Mrs. Caroline Astor, the revered ritual continues till today with every St. Regis offering their own interpretation showcasing highlights such as Tossed Prosperity Yusheng with Abalone, Lemongrass and Pineapple Tart, Jasmine Matcha Cake and Orange Macaron. Elevate the experience with Champagne.

Shining a spotlight, Spring Ridge Wild Venison is sustainably and ethically sourced and are carefully selected from the forest and mountain ranges of Australia including areas in South Africa and New South Wales. 

    The exclusive cut, 180g Venison Striploin is served with Fried Onions, Grilled Baby Romaine Lettuce, Chef's Signature Sauce and Red Wine Sauce. 

    Elevate the dining experience with the recommended wine pairing of Marchesi Di Barolo Nebbiolo Alba Michet, 2020 - originating from Northern Italy.
