    A Signature Afternoon Tea Ritual

    A revered ritual of the St. Regis heritage introduced by Mrs. Caroline Astor, matriarch of St. Regis, The St. Regis Singapore presents an exquisite Afternoon Tea in the grandeur of a luxurious setting. The legacy continues till today with every St. Regis offering their own interpretation of this enchanting tradition, allowing guests to socialise and gather.

    In the Spring edition of the revered tradition, it pays ode to the beauty of nature with Sakura at forefront. The menu spotlights Grilled Portobello Mushroom & Crispy Kale on Baguette as well as Reuben Sandwich with Mixed Mesclun Salad while the 3-tier sweet collection shines a light on Pistachio & Sakura Cake; a blend of Pistachio and Sakura mousse atop a light layer of Sakura Sponge. 

    Easter Afternoon Tea menu is available from 4 April to 5 June 2024.

    Relish in a journey to the vineyards of Italy with exceptional Southern Italian wines produced by The Wine Distribution Company. The Astor Grill presents a one-night only Wine Dinner Pairing with key speaker and certified Sommelier, Giovanni Olivia. 

    From amuse bouche of an assortment of curated canapes from The Astor Grill, appetiser Burrata di Puglia, to main course Charcoal Grilled Wagyu Bavette with Baby Eggplants and Mashed Japanese Purple Potato, paired with Vespa "Raccontami" Primitivo di Manduria 2019 (RW).

    Exclusive cut is served with Grilled Mushrooms, Smoked Coffee Veal Sauce and one of Chef's Signature Sauce.
